トランス女性が女性限定公募で採用されることを疑問視するポストが流れてきましたが、疑問視自体が差別にあたると思います。理由は、①トランス女性を本当の女性ではないと一方的に決めつけている、②トランス女性が戸籍を変えるために被る肉体的・時間的・精神的・経済的負担を無視しているからです。(2026年3月18日)
